The EU talent department focuses mainly on supporting the business operationally with Talent Acquisition enabling the rapid team growth and Talent Management ensuring compliance with the EU countries regulations as well as implementing global programs locally such as performance reviews.
The EU Finance & Margins department is responsible for the region’s Financial Operations (processing all financial transactions), Accounting & Tax, Financial Planning and Margin Management (coordinating business wide input and operating metric level commitments to project and drive financial performance), and Business Partnering (business level financial transparency and analytic support).

Wayfair invites candidates to pursue 6 months internships on a full time basis (40 hrs/week). Internships are meant to be a learning experience, are generally completed within one team or business function, and can be either mandatory or voluntary.
Working Students are employed at Wayfair while completing their studies; the time frame can be several months or up to 1 year (depending on your graduation date). The working student roles offer you considerable exposure to various business areas by enabling you to contribute to those areas yourself.
